Abstract

Power of any kind can be a dangerous blessing. Individuals and corporations need power to ensure their own survival and promote their own welfare and the welfare of those with who are in their sphere of influence. Absolute power destroys absolutely; when we employ the same energy that enables us to do good to do all sorts of evil. At first Enron was the beloved of the stock world #7 on the Fortune 500 in 2001. Then in 2001 the love story was revealed to be a story of political intrigue and bloody conflict; closing in 2001 at .40 a share.
