Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the business-level and corporate-level strategies that are implemented at AT&T and which ones are important for the long term. I will also analyze the competitive environment in which they operate, and I will determine who their strongest competitor is and why. Furthermore, I will discuss how fast and slow market cycles will affect my determination of their biggest competitor. I will conclude by reviewing the analysis I have completed throughout the paper.
