The subject of my course proposal focuses on the use of the four different databases used by the 21 regional centers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to track payments to the regional centers who intern make payments to various vendors. The vendors are individuals, small businesses, or non-profit organizations who provide services to approved consumers on the behalf of the State of California.

Having four databases that are not connected to one another obtain, enter, track, and edit the information is an inefficient use of time, people, and taxpayer's dollars.
