Abstract

Formulating a recruitment plan is no easy task but it is necessary to plan a business strategy. There are many steps to include when creating a plan such as creating a communication message and selecting a communication medium. I will discuss the selection process used for staffing my coffee house and the assessment methods that I used to select external candidates along with identify the predictors of the applicants KSAOs.
