The critical analysis that will be disused is a rental lease agreement that the renter had breach of contract. This contract was between renters that we will call John and his family and the landlord names is Tim. Tim was approached June 19 of 2008 by John about renting an apartment that he had on his family's farm. John told Tim that we were looking for a two bed room apartment and did he know of anyone that had apartment. Tim told John that he had an apartment that no one was in and they could come and look at the apartment.
