Contract Elements

We deal with contracts on a daily basis without even realizing it. When we go shopping, go to the hair salon, and even when we drop our children off at the babysitters we are entering into contracts with the individuals who provide these services. "A contract is a legally enforceable agreement between two or more people" (Rogers, 2012). The agreement can be verbal, for example I recently went out of town and needed someone to pet sit. I asked my next door neighbor if she could pet sit for three days and I would pay her 100 dollars when I returned. She agreed and upon my return I paid her for her service.
