BUS 303 Week 1 DQ 1 HR and Management

Explain what the author means by the statement that Every manager is an HR manager. Do you agree? Give examples to backup your point of view. Respond to at least two of your classmates posts by Day 7. This was a wonderful story outlining things that come up with management positions. I agree with the author and wish more companies were set up to actually handle and do these types of things. As I think back over the years of different employers I can remember several things that were both right and wrong. After reading this story, I can better understand why some employers do things that may not seem needed at times and I can appreciate the companies I have worked for where everyone is geared toward we are all representatives of the company...
