    In this paper according to budgeting, there are three different public agencies supported by the areas of demographics. These agencies consist of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Sacramento Police Department (SPD), Peace Officers Research Association of California (PORA) and the NationalUniform Crime Reporting (NUCR). The advantages and disadvantages of these agencies explains the process of why there is budgeting involved and how the community is affected. I will put together a summary of how, what when these findings were administered and what is needed to correct budgeting issues.
