Case 23/Where do computers retire?

I have chosen Case 23; A "Free" Gift. I chose this because it involves far more than one employee and employer. It is the story of Jasmin. She worked in the health information management field for 20 years, and is now working for a compliance consulting organization. It is also the story of Raphael. He does maintenance for a local health care facility. Jasmin and Raphael are married and have three children. Two of Raphael and Jasmin's children have a computer but they cannot afford to buy the youngest child one. It is also the story of Sylvia.
