The accounting packages reviewed in week illustrated how small business can benefit from IT services and software. I learned much information about how and why companies report earnings. The most interesting part of the week was analyzing Kudler Fine Food frequent shopper program. The scenario provided a detailed look at how businesses develop strategies to retain customers and increase profits.
