Dear Mr. Davis:

We would like to first thank you for giving our team the opportunity to solve the company's efficiency problems. We believe that we have identified areas of improvement and have made recommendations that will solve these problems.

This proposal includes a cost effective method of improving the efficiency of our information systems used in the Sales Department. We have also documented the benefit of migrating the excel spreadsheets, currently used to track personnel data, into a relational database like Microsoft Access.
