Belief that mankind is created in the image of God

Foundational to the Christian faith is the belief that mankind is created in the image of God. This belief affects the way I interact with people within my profession as a nurse in the health care sector to a great extent. This faith makes me believe that I should ensure ethics and compassion in my vocation. I should try to empathize with the pain of the patients and do everything possible to make them feel better and make them happy.
