Motivation at workplace often starts from the demand of employees. The basic concept of employee motivation states that it needs something to keep employees of an organization working. In general, their salary may be enough to keep them for a while, but sometimes it is simply not enough for them to stay. An increased salary, increased responsibility, and a commitment of progression may be necessary tools towards motivating an employee and ensuring their retention.
