Week 3, DQ3: How Do You Communicate with Your Peers?

What would be the most effective channel to communicate with your peers in an organizationally "flat" organization, such as a partnership or cooperative? Why is this? Are other channels less effective?

The most effective channel of communication would be face-to-face when in an organizationally flat organization. When the organization is flat, then face-to-face meetings are easier to accomplish. Each party is important in an organizationally flat organization, so they can all have input in the conversation.
