In this paper, I will focus on the core of understanding the factors that have an impact on employee's influences within organizations. This relates to the basic communication in the workplace, what it consists of and how in any given setting potential problems can be solved. Whether it is in the workplace or in our personal lives, we all have biases, even prejudices, toward certain groups.
