Creating a Company

Creating a company takes forethought, planning, and a list of variables to consider no matter what the firm is trying to accomplish. One of the most important questions to be answered first is whether or not the organization wishes to pursue the targeted market segment within a brick and mortar store, a physical place, or via the internet, a website space. This paper will examine the marketing implications for both mediums, as well as discuss the feasibility for its customers to move from one to another and whether or not companies should choose between the two or utilize both.
