Behavior Management Approach It is important that teachers do understand that they will face students that have many kinds of disruptive behaviors in the classroom. These behaviors could from disabilities that the students may have however, many times there not caused by disabilities. Experiencing negative behaviors can be an issue that a teacher will have to deal with this can make a teacher worry about entering a classroom. However, even when a teacher takes steps to prevent disruption this cannot always be a promise that it will stop all negative behaviors in the class.
