Part 1 -

My initial response to Same-Sex Marriage: A New Social Phenomenon. Population and Development Review, was that it made a lot of valid points. I didn't not necessarily agree that it is becoming a "trend" across the globe. I think that since it has just recently been allowed, all the couples that have been forbid to get married for years are happy to stand up and commit their love for their partner. I think that this "trend" will slowly die down when most of the people that have been waiting, are married. I did however completely agree that the issue does effect more than just the two people, it does effect the world. That too is something that when is worked out will not be an issue, and then the marriage of two people can have that as a personal matter....
