Abstract Each social group has certain needs that need to be met by Career resource centers. One such group is former convicts and they make up a big part of the population. An issue that ex-offenders face is re- entrance in to the work force. Ex offender are a venerable part of the workforce. They are shown bias and given fair choice at work. They often are offered and take the worst types of jobs offered because they dont have good jobs open to them because of their record.
