Risk Factors In reviewing the current Community Health Needs Assessment that was conducted during the past year, there were targeted service lines, including Cancer, Orthopedic, and Cardiovascular service. The Assessment focused on the hospital's main service area utilizing information available to them from multiple different sources including Community focus groups. The assessment helps highlight several areas that are major risk factors for the hospital and its current capabilities.
