I served 30 years in the United States Air Force and over those years attended many training sessions and courses. I had the opportunity to complete four different levels of in-resident leadership training. One of those leadership program was conducted at the Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA) located at Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery AL. The academy was approximately six weeks long and by far one of my most positive learning experiences ever.
