Mentoring VS Induction Programs

Induction programs are experiences that are professional for beginning teachers, that provides systematic and sustained assistance so they can ease into the transition of being a teacher. An example would be, assisting new teachers with workshops that will help them to be better successful in their classroom.

Mentoring programs are teachers who are experience that provides quidence and support for the teachers who are starting.
