More or less, the company, NutraCea, was caught up in an accounting scheme and the SEC pulled the trigger and pressed charges on January 13th, 2011. The company, known for marketing and producing healthy food products based in the Phoenix, Arizona area, received the charges from the SEC alleging that several employees were performing unethical acts as a result of fraudulent accounting activities.
