Kudler Fine Foods would like to follow up on their risk and internal control. The risk and internal control is the fundamental component of running a successful business. In any business there should be a certain amount of risk to eliminate possible error in future business losses. Internal Control keeps the risk under control, following all policies and procedures. The risk can not all be eliminated completely, however; they can be reduced by providing the correct amount of internal control. This brief will talk about the current risk in the system, internal control, evaluate internal controls, and discuss other controls outside the system that Kudler may need.
