PAYROLL CYCLE

The time cards are gather weekly with all attendance forms which goes to the accounting clerk. The time cards are calculated for regular time, overtime and holiday time if applicable. The accounting software calculate any taxes, gross pays, incentives, commissions , social security's taxes, child support and insurances to name a few deductable. Each step of the payroll cycle has segregation of duties that are practices to ensure for an accurate payroll cycle. After all steps of the payroll cycle is complete the checks are stamps, counted and given to the Human Resources Manager to stuff and pass out to the employee of the company on a bi-weekly basis.
