Going into business can be very tricky, especially if you are undecided as to what type of business you want. There are to choices that suite you two the best and that is Partnership and a corporation, I will be giving you both some information that will help you all decide.

With a partnership, they must have at least two shareholders and they are unincorporated businesses.
