A.2.) Effective classroom environment and management strategies are needed to keep order in the classroom and to help students flourish in their learning. Teachers are responsible for setting the tone of the classroom by developing and making sure rules are followed. A pattern that I saw in the videos regarding classroom environment and management strategies was that the teachers were able to use student-guided centers and/or groups. In Video 0034, the teacher had the students set up in different groups throughout the classroom.
