A.1) In Case #0166, Literacy:Reading-Language Arts, Entry: 2-Constructing Meaning Through Reading, the teacher effectively designs and teaches lessons to help students reach mastery. According to the teachers planning notes, the students all have needs in regards to oral language development. One way that the teacher adjusts instruction to meet the oral language development need of the students was to have them read the book aloud at the same time. In doing this, the students appeared to be unaware and unconcerned of the delay that he or she had. They were enthusiastic about reading aloud with the teacher and other students.
