Main Point: one strength and weakness of the U.S. Constitution.

1a. The U.S. Constitution, in retrospect, has many strengths and weaknesses. One strength would be each branch of government checking the other in the Checks and Balances of power. However, the first weakness that stood out to me was the U.S. Constitution being written with such vague elucidation on presidential powers. The vagueness has resulted in the destruction, manipulation, and the presidents extensive validity of treason to our government and country.
