On February 1, 2013, appellees automobile struck appellants automobile from the rear, causing appellants head to hit her steering wheel. On February 7, 2013, after feeling dizzy and nauseous at an exercise class the night before, appellant went to the Johns Hopkins Hospital emergency room and was diagnosed with a concussion.
