Report To: RE:Jurisdiction Introduction Jurisdiction is a critical factor when filing client cases. Filing a case in the wrong court has several ramifications. In some cases, the case will be moved to a proper court where one might not have favorable litigation. The worst case scenario is that the defendant getting the case to be dismissed.
