Choosing a Methodology CMGT/410 University of Phoenix

For this project I would use the Agile method. I believe that compared to the waterfall method it is a perfect fit for the desired result. The reason why Agile is the best method for building a new mobile application is because it gives the team the necessary flexibility throughout the duration of the project. The Agile method will allow some wiggle room and does not require the previous stage to be completed before moving on to the next stage. This method also allows the members of the team to go back and forth and between steps with too many repercussions.
