Renewable Energy Alternative energy refers to the renewable sources of energy which includes the solar, wind, hydrogen and geothermal[ CITATION Ste10 \l 1033 ]. These sources of energy do not produce carbon dioxide emissions and other greenhouse gasses that contribute to anthropogenic climate change[ CITATION Kau11 \l 1033 ]. This study proposes to explore the central question as to whether the economy and government would benefit from Alternative Energy.
