DISC Assessment Summary I took a free assessment of the DISC test on . DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. I took the test three separate times, because the first two times I had tried to take it, I scored equally in all 4 categories and, apparently, that is unusual. On my final attempt on the assessment, I scored 29% in dominance, and 29% in influence, but dominance is my dominant personality trait. I also scored 24% for steadiness, and only 17% for compliance.
