What is Leadership? Leadership is the ability to give purpose and direction when giving a task. Leaders have the ability to be a good follower, utilize effective communication skills and has excellent critical thinking skills. A leader leads by example not do what I say not as I do. A leader will serve to create the ability for you to accomplish set tasks independently.

My program of study will help prepare me to serve others by enabling me to have the knowledge to be a manager. I will have gained a better understanding of managerial skills. Gaining the knowledge, I need to become a manager will guide me into being a good leader...
